Taoist Five Paths Red Inscription Band

A line of red characters runs across the broad pale face. Smaller script is visible on the inside of the curved band.

Sold individually.

The Five Paths motif expresses a prosperity wish. Here it identifies the theme of the design, not a promise about the owner’s finances.

The Five Paths theme is associated with welcoming prosperity from different directions. It is a fitting inscription for a shop opening or a household gift when the intention is abundance and a flourishing livelihood.

Compare the inside diameter with a ring that fits the same finger. The width of the band affects how it feels. An open-looking band is not evidence that it can safely be bent to any size.

The supplier lists brass for this design.
