Small gold-colored marks run down a pale rectangular tag. The narrow suspension opening sits directly above the inscription.

Look first at the main motif of the thunder command long tag pendant. Its place in the Daojing collection reflects the use of ornament and inscription to carry a personal intention. Choose the particular design that speaks to the occasion, rather than assuming every motif has the same devotional use.

Think about where the pendant will fall when worn. The length of a pendant and the length of its cord are different measurements. If you intend to use your own chain, compare the fitting with its clasp before choosing.

The supplier lists silver for this design.
