Return Policy
We will process all return and refund requests within 48 hours of receiving your message.
Please note that we will only accept returns and provide a refund or credit if all of the following conditions are met:

Original Condition — The item must be in the same condition as when shipped.

Return Notification — We must receive your return request within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Window — The returned item must reach us within 12 days of delivery.

Shipping Responsibility — Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return and are fully responsible for the safe return of the item. We recommend careful packaging and insurance as a minimum precaution.

Unboxing Video Requirement — Please record an unboxing video before signing for the package to protect your rights.
If no video evidence is provided and responsibility for damage cannot be determined, BuddhaBelief will not accept returns or refunds.
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, the order will be returned to the customer.
All BuddhaBelief products are personally consecrated by highly respected monks before delivery. Each sacred item is unique and precious. Please ensure that any return request is based on a genuine and respectful reason.
Refund Methods

Once your return request is approved:

If the product is defective, damaged, or lost during delivery, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping.

After we receive the returned product, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
