We ship internationally with tracking. Available services and any destination restrictions are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping cost

Free worldwide shipping: orders of US$80 or more.
Orders under US$80: the available shipping rate is shown at checkout; standard shipping is generally US$15 where offered.

Making and preparation time

Total delivery time includes both preparation and transit. Ready pieces usually require 2–5 business days for inspection, packing and dispatch.

Many Buddhabelief pieces are handmade, hand-finished or made to order. These items include a production cycle before dispatch. The product page shows the item-specific making time when applicable; intricate or custom work can take longer, and we will contact you if the stated schedule changes.

Transit time

Tracked international transit is commonly 6–15 business days after dispatch. For a ready piece, a typical total is therefore about 8–20 business days.

Some pieces or orders leave Tibet or another remote workshop. Tibet is far from international transport hubs, so collection, routing and weather can add time. Handmade production time is separate from transit time. Customs, holidays and destination-country conditions can also cause delays.

Deliveries to some parts of South America and other remote destinations may take more than one month.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with its tracking number. Tracking may need 1–2 business days to begin updating.

Customs and duties

Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed or undelivered parcels

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or a parcel has not arrived within 60 days of shipment, contact energy@buddhabelief.com. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund after verification.
