Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please provide your valuable feedback so that we can better serve you.

We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours

A return will be accepted and credit or refund provided only when all of the following conditions are met: 

Items must be returned in their original condition as they were dispatched.
We must receive your notice of intention to return the goods within 48 hours after the delivery of the goods.
We must receive the returned goods within 12 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
The customer shall bear all transportation and handling costs related to the goods and be fully responsible for the safe return of the goods. We suggest that you carefully package and purchase insurance, which is the minimum precautionary measure.
If the returned goods do not comply with our above return and exchange policy, your order will be returned to you.
All empowered products of Buddhabelief are dispatched after being consecrated by high monks. Each deity statue is hard to come by. Please provide a genuine reason for your return.

Refund Method
Please send an email to energy@buddhabelief.com before returning the goods.

After your return application is approved, we will arrange for the return (if the product is defective, damaged or lost, the customer does not need to bear the return postage). Once we receive the product, you will receive a refund through the original payment method within 14 working days.

Warranty Policy

At Buddhabelief, we are committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted custom products to ensure customer satisfaction. To give you peace of mind when making a purchase, we offer a 30-day warranty for products under normal wearing conditions.

Warranty Coverage
Our 30-day warranty covers quality-related issues under normal use, including but not limited to:

Chain breakage
Buckle damage
Prayer beads fall off

If you encounter any of these issues within 30 days of receiving your package, please contact our customer service team. We will assess the problem and provide a reasonable solution, such as repair, replacement, or other forms of assistance.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or external force
Wear and tear due to long-term use
Exposure to chemicals, water, or extreme conditions
Unauthorized repair or modification

Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your package.
Provide your order details and photos/videos of the problem.
Our team will evaluate your case and guide you through the subsequent steps.
