Shipping & returns

How long will my order take?

Ready pieces usually need 2–5 business days to prepare. Handmade or made-to-order pieces include the making time stated on the product page. Tracked transit is commonly 6–15 business days; dispatch from Tibet or another remote workshop may take longer because of distance.

When is shipping free?

Worldwide shipping is free on orders of US$80 or more. For smaller orders, the available rate is shown at checkout.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Unworn, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery after you contact us for instructions.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover approved returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Customers pay return shipping for other approved returns.

Origin and consecration

Is every product made in Tibet?

No. Origin is product-specific. A Tibet workshop claim appears only when it has been verified for that item.

Is every piece consecrated at the same temple?

No. Different pieces may relate to different temples, traditions or no consecration service. When applicable, the product page records the verified temple or temples, tradition and available evidence.

Caring for your piece

How do I care for jewelry, malas or thangkas?

Follow the product-specific care guidance. As a general rule, keep jewelry and beads dry, avoid perfume and harsh chemicals, and store silk artwork away from moisture and direct sunlight.
