Nanofiber Wenwan polishing gloves are a dry-care tool for Bodhi seeds, wooden prayer beads, walnuts and carved collecting pieces. The soft fiber surface helps lift loose dust and spread light hand contact more evenly than polishing with bare fingers.

What These Gloves Are For

• Dry surface cleaning: Remove loose dust from smooth beads and shallow carved details before handling or storage.
• Controlled hand polishing: Apply light, even friction without transferring as much sweat or skin oil to the surface.
• Routine maintenance: Wipe Bodhi seeds, wood beads, walnuts and similar dry collectibles after use.

These gloves do not guarantee an immediate change in color or sheen. Surface appearance develops differently according to material, age, prior treatment, humidity and handling. Test on a small area first when the material or finish is uncertain.

How to Use Them

1. Check the piece for grit, sticky residue, cracks or loose fittings. Do not polish over abrasive particles.
2. Use a clean, soft brush to remove dust from deep grooves before putting on the gloves.
3. Hold the piece securely and rub with light, short strokes. Avoid forceful pressure and prolonged friction in one spot.
4. For bead strands, work one bead at a time and keep tension away from the cord and knots.
5. Stop if the surface becomes warm, tacky or uneven. Allow the piece to rest before further handling.

Material Notes

Bodhi seeds and walnuts: Keep the gloves dry and use gentle strokes around natural pits and ridges. A soft brush is usually more effective than pressure for deep textures.

Uncoated wood: Follow the direction of the grain and avoid overworking edges or carved details.

Stone, glass and metal: The gloves can remove fingerprints and light surface dust, but they are not a substitute for the material-specific cleaning method recommended for the item.

Painted, lacquered, resin-filled or treated surfaces: Confirm the maker's care instructions first. Friction can change delicate coatings.

Glove Care

Rinse the gloves separately in plain cool water when visibly soiled. Do not use bleach, fabric softener or oily detergent. Air-dry them flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Store only when fully dry so dust and moisture are not transferred back to the beads.
